Provide financial and operational data and reports for various agency staff on a periodic and Ad Hoc basis.

WHAT YOU WILL DO :

• Prepare the agency’s annual Medicare Hospice Cost Report.
• Prepare and distribute various daily, weekly and monthly financial and operational reports
• Respond to requests from various Agency staff on an Ad Hoc basis for data and reports from the Suncoast Solutions application.
• Prepare monthly reports for Board of Trustees and Board committees.
• Prepare source data for Hospice Alliance of Ohio quarterly data collection tool
• Coordinate preparation of the Agency’s annual Operating and Capital Budgets
• Perform the uploading of the approved annual Operating Budget into the financial accounting software system
• Assist with the preparation of the annual budget packets / allocation requests for United Way Services of Cleveland and United Way of Lake County
• Prepare and submit monthly Ryan White Title I AIDS billing reports and assist with preparation of the Agency’s yearly request for funding
• Other duties as assigned.

Physical :

This is sedentary work requiring the exertion of up to ten (10) pounds of force occasionally and some light work and lifting requiring the exertion of up to 20 pounds occasionally; work requires sitting, stooping, bending, kneeling, reaching, standing, fingering, grasping and repetitive motions; vocal communication; hearing, and visual acuity. Employee is not subject to adverse environmental conditions.

This position has the potential to be exposed to environmental elements, internal and external, such as infectious disease, bloodborne pathogens, and chemicals and / or chemical fumes, (pet dander and / or exposure to allergens) and adverse effects of inclement weather that may occur as well as potentially difficult patient and family situations.
