Descripción del trabajoCollaborate with the finance team to identify areas where technology can improve efficiency and accuracy in financial processes. Partner to implement and drive utilization of financial software tools and systems to streamline reporting and data analysis. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial data, ensuring data integrity and consistency across various systems and reports. Contribute to data cleansing and validation efforts to enhance the quality of financial information. Develop budgets and financial forecasts in collaboration with business units and finance managers. Monitor budget performance and analyze variances to identify potential areas of resource efficiency. Build and update financial models to analyze business scenarios and assess their impact on financial performance. Prepare financial presentations for internal stakeholders and senior management. Help maintain compliance with financial regulations and internal control procedures. Participate in internal audits and assist in implementing recommendations. Actively contribute to process improvement initiatives within the finance department, leveraging technology to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, 2-4 years of relevant experience or a combination of experience and education Strong understanding of financial concepts, accounting principles, and financial analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software tools (, ERP systems). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate e fectively with a variety of stakeholders. Strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced, technology-driven SAAS environment. Highly motivated and proactive with a commitment to delivering accurate and timely results. Familiarity with data visualization and business intelligence tools is a plus.
