Your Job

Are you the kind of tech who walks into a rooftop unit issue and knows what's wrong before you even pull your gauges? Good - we need you. We're placing Commercial HVAC Technicians for projects ranging from full installs to diagnostics and service calls. If you've got the skills to work independently or with a crew, read schematics, and troubleshoot like a pro, this is where you stay booked. You'll be working on systems that keep schools cool, retail stores humming, and restaurants running. It's fast-paced, hands-on, and perfect for someone who takes pride in making complex systems work right - the first time.

Your Day

Most days start early - 6 or 7 AM. You'll report to a site or dispatch point in QUINCY or a nearby city, tool up, and get after it. Jobs may include rooftop unit installs, split system maintenance, or low-voltage wiring work. You'll need to understand mechanical layouts, safely handle refrigerants, and communicate well with site leads and customers. PPE is mandatory, and some projects may require working at heights or in tight mechanical rooms. Every day is different, but if you're the kind of tech who enjoys solving problems on your feet, you'll thrive here. You won't be babysat - your skills do the talking.

Your Experience

Minimum 6+ months of experience working on commercial HVAC systems Must be familiar with rooftop units, split systems, air handlers, and basic controls Ability to read plans, follow install specs, and diagnose common issues EPA Certification preferred - bring it if you've got it Must have your own tools, valid driver's license, and reliable transportation Bonus Points If You : Can install flex and spiral duct Have experience with RTU crane lifts
