    We are seeking a dedicated IT Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. This role requires a strong understanding of network administration and the ability to troubleshoot various IT issues effectively. The IT Support professional will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure. Support service is provided remotely and at client sites.

    • Responsibilities
    • Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
    • Install hardware and software.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve problems with operating systems, applications, and network connectivity.
    • Manage user accounts and permissions through Active Directory.
    • Monitor and maintain Windows Server environments to ensure optimal performance.
    • Assist with the configuration and management of Group Policy Objects (GPO).
    • Analyze system performance and recommend improvements as necessary.
    • Maintain documentation of IT processes, procedures, and user guides.
    • Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new technologies and upgrades.
    • Skills
    • Proficiency in network administration, including TCP / IP protocols and DNS management.
    • Strong technical support skills with experience in troubleshooting Windows operating systems.
    • Familiarity with Windows Server environments and Active Directory management.
    • Ability to analyze system issues and provide effective solutions.
    • Excellent communication skills to assist users with varying levels of technical expertise.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
