• Office Duties : include but are not limited to; basic secretarial duties such as; answering / returning phone calls, emails regarding guest complaints, questions, comments about upcoming and past events
• Various projects, often times including tasks on Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Receive, track, and submit all invoices from outside vendors following standard AP procedures and training
• Maintain contact with outside vendors and LN accounting team to ensure invoices are paid in a timely manner
• Keep organized accounts of all submitted invoices to track spending and payment status in order to maintain good standing
• Keep management informed of vendor relationships and payment statuses
• Other duties as assigned by venue managementWHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years in Customer Service and communications
• Previous experience with accounting or finance management preferred
• Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy
• A strong-sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs
