What you DO

  • Patient pickup and drop-offs
  • Timely manner of mail, film and CD’s, office supplies, etc. pick-up and drop-off.
  • Pick up parcels containing medical records and charts and patient samples and read and understand instructions for care.
  • Maintain the appearance of work vehicles, visual and hands on. Complete weekly maintenance checklist.
  • Maintain the service of all work vehicles.
  • Facility management and maintenance of supplies
  • Company event assistance; marketing assistance.
  • Ensure that signatures are in order.
  • Complete the couriers daily log and turn into manager daily.

    • What you BRING

  • High School diploma / GED
  • Current valid Driver’s License
  • Clean Driving Record
  • Be able to lift a box of copy paper with 5000 sheets
  • EXCELLENT communication skills
  • Great customer service and patient interaction skills
