In some ways, we are looking for a needle in a haystack.  A difference-maker.  Someone who is passionate and embodies unwavering reliability and exceptional communication skills. They enjoy working in a team and supporting multiple stakeholders across the business. This individual enjoys working independently and with a team and has a keen eye for detail. The top responsibilities are :

• Understand and verify that submitted claim requests comply with the terms of contract coverage
• Process verified claims in the online portal, including documenting all communications
• Work directly with repair facilities, providing payment on approved claims
• Answer internal / external claim and coverage inquiries via phone, email, mail, and fax communications
• Work with other departments to ensure accuracy & timely customer service
• Timely and accurate record keeping, including data entry, analysis and storage of incoming documents, spreadsheet management, and tracking of needed follow-up communications.
• Maintain a continual working knowledge of CareGARD products.
