Who We're Looking For :

We're seeking an organized, detail-oriented Account Manager to be the primary point of contact for our clients. Ensure their needs are met and provide exceptional service. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach are a must.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage client relationships and understand their business needs
  • Coordinate between clients and internal teams
  • Oversee client project execution
  • Provide ongoing client support
  • Identify account growth opportunities
  • Prepare account status and performance reports

Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of account management experience, preferably in tech or AI
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Understanding of AI technologies (preferred)
