This role will have authority for supply chain strategy, planning and execution across a diverse set of Business Units within the SSSD portfolio. The selected candidate will be a high performing, experienced leader who is goal oriented and well equipped to partner with a wide range of stakeholders to support corporate, sector, and division objectives, including program execution and financial performance. They will leverage a solid understanding of supply chain processes and work closely with program stakeholders and across functions to optimize results in both classified and unclassified environments. This position will be located in Redondo Beach, CA.Execution : The SSSD GSC Division Director will work to ensure the GSC organization is more proactive, working in the early phases of the programs to optimize supplier selection and GSC Advance Planning, working to ensure the GSC organization is agile and responsive to program timelines, foster key Space Programs supplier partnerships, and drive financial performance with strong affordability focus and improving cash management. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
