JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for driving the overall operational and financial success of multiple corporate territories. The Senior Territory Manager will lead teams comprised of multiple storage centers to drive operational effectiveness and efficiency. The Senior Territory manager will typically manage numerous markets and territories with revenue in excess of $10M. Developing relationships with corporate support departments, internal and external customers, businesses and vendors will be crucial to the success of this position.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Leading Associates :
- Recruit, interview, hire, train and retain top talent
- Create a culture aligned with PODS core values (Integrity, Delighting Customers, Engagement, Accountability, Support Through Teamwork)
- Effectively administer performance management
- Identify and develop internal talent to support future career growth
- Provide communication to team members including goals, business results, opportunities for improvement and key focus areas
- Ensure weekly meetings are held with all territory associates.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Regular business hours : some additional hours may be required including Saturdays / Sundays.
Travel requirements : Within Local Territory.
Storage centers are climate controlled. Deliveries made in all weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is moderate to high.
May be subject to pre-employment criminal background check and / or drug screening as well as random drug screenings in accordance with company policy.
