Healthcare Implementation Project Manager

A company is looking for an Implementation Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation projects for health plan programs, ensuring successful delivery

Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, and deliverables

Drive coordination across functional workstreams and facilitate risk identification and mitigation strategies

Required Qualifications

7-10 years of Project Management experience specifically in healthcare payer implementations

Strong knowledge of health plan functions such as claims, provider networks, and member services

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and complex dependencies

Expertise in risk assessment and mitigation planning for health plan operations

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field; PMP certification preferred
