Starting Pay Range : $42K - $50K / yr.

As a Gaming Inspector, you will ensure compliance and integrity in gaming operations. Your responsibilities include investigating, arbitrating, and resolving gaming-related complaints or inquiries. You will ensure adherence to Nation-State compact requirements, NIGC minimum internal controls, and internal accounting controls. Collaborating with gaming staff, you will uphold standards of fairness and transparency, contributing to a secure and enjoyable gaming environment. Your attention to detail will be crucial in identifying and addressing potential issues for smooth operation.

What you will do as a Gaming Inspector :

• Observes gaming-related activities and ensures compliance with Nation-State compact requirements and National Indian Gaming Commission internal controls.
• Using independent judgment and discretion, investigates and resolves gaming-related complaints or inquiries initiated by patrons.
• Collaborates with Surveillance, Games and / or other departments as necessary to thoroughly investigate and resolve complaints.
• Verifies validity of large wins at gaming machines, Pull tabs, Bingo and Keno.
