Position Summary :

The Demolition Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for demolition projects by analyzing plans, specifications, and site conditions. This role requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review and analyze project plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Conduct site visits to assess conditions, hazards, and scope of work.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates including labor, equipment, materials, and disposal.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids.
• Develop and submit proposals, bids, and change orders.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure estimates align with project goals.
• Maintain knowledge of industry pricing, methods, and safety standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
