We're seeking an experienced HRIS & Payroll Manager
to lead complex payroll system integrations and oversee relationships with third-party service providers. This role combines strategic leadership, process improvement, and hands-on project management - ideal for someone who thrives on building scalable systems and optimizing operations across multiple teams.
You'll oversee a small direct team with influence across a larger department, driving payroll efficiency and innovation through technology and vendor partnerships. Most weeks are standard 40 hours, though some projects may require additional time during key rollout phases.
