Our Pediatric therapy team is instrumental in supporting high quality, compassionate care to our most vulnerable patients, including those in the PICU and NICU up to 18 years old.

What you’ll do :

Perform comprehensive speech language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans, while addressing physical, mental, emotional, and psychosocial needs.

Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions across a variety of acute care settings, including PICU / NICU and Pediatric unit

Play a critical collaborative role in communication with physicians, nurses, care managers and other rehabilitation professionals.

Provide quality patient and family education and actively contribute to discharge planning.

What we are looking for :

Current Montana Speech Language Pathologist license.

Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in pediatrics, PICU / NICU specialty area preferred.

Independently competent with Pediatric Modified Barium Swallow Studies.

Current HS AED CPR certification.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and work independently and as part of a team.

Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn new software as needed.

Pay range : $33.92 - $53.04 per hour depending on experience

Shift :

Day Shift - 8 Hours (United States of America)

Schedule : Full-time, 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
