SERVPRO of Waltham / Watertown, Arlington / Somerville, Lexington / Bedford, and Lowell   is now accepting applications for an experienced Construction Manager (GC)

SERVPRO responds to Water, Fire, and Mold Damage, where our mitigation team often performs demolition, and the Construction Manager performs the reconstruction. We have been in business for over 40 years, and we have a steady work flow of jobs year round.

The Construction Manager receives a base salary of $80,000 to $85,000 per year, plus $30,000 to $50,000 in commissions based on the percentage of profit they have achieved on each completed job. The Construction Manager is responsible for writing the construction estimates, communicating with the customers, and scheduling and managing subcontractors to complete the work. This position is essentially the same as a GC (General Contractor), but with guaranteed construction jobs handed to you, and an office staff to assist with paperwork and collect payment from the insurance companies.

Requirements :

• MUST have 3 years experience as a Construction Manager
• MUST have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• MUST have a Construction Supervisor License (CSL)
• MUST be able to speak, read, and write English

Benefits for Construction Manager :
