Key Responsibilities

Compiles loan documentation and ensures all closing conditions are met

Prepares and routes closing document packages and maintains funding registers

Required Qualifications

Minimum one to two years of experience in loan funding or drawing loan documents

Strong interpersonal and business relationship skills

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
