Certified Nursing Assistant / Pediatric Float - Syracuse, NY (#25247).

Location : Syracuse, NY.

Employment Type : Contract / Full-time.

Hourly Rate : $31 per hour.

Position Overview :

Join our team as a Pediatric Float Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Syracuse, NY. This role supports day-shift operations across pediatric units, requiring flexibility to work in diverse clinical settings while delivering exceptional patient care.

    • Qualifications :

  • Education : High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Licensure : Active New York State CNA Certification.
  • Experience : Minimum 1 year of patient care experience, Level 1 trauma experience required.
  • Technical Skills : Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain / re-certify).
  • Soft Skills : Adaptability, compassion, teamwork, and strong communication abilities.

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide direct patient care in pediatric units as a float CNA.
  • Assist with daily living activities, vital signs, and patient monitoring.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure seamless unit coverage.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to safety protocols.
