Commercial Counsel

A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

Negotiate customer-related agreements, including SaaS and data processing agreements

Manage vendor contracts and provide legal advice on contract terms

Develop contracting resources and improve internal processes

Qualifications

JD from an ABA-accredited law school and bar admission in good standing

4 years of sales-side transactional experience, preferably in-house

Understanding of SaaS contracting models and data privacy issues

Proven drafting and negotiation skills

Experience in a rapidly growing company is preferred
