Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound leads through Hubspot, qualifying and conducting structured discovery calls
Translate discovery outcomes into actionable briefs for the Account Management team
Maintain a clean, accurate, and transparent CRM for the Revops team
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in sales coordination, business development, or pre-sales in a services / agency environment
Proficiency with Hubspot, including CRM workflows and pipeline management
Strong organizational skills with a systematic approach to managing multiple opportunities
Confidence in networking and engaging with prospects at industry events
