Ohio Licensed Insurance Agent

A company is looking for an Insurance Agent.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries and manage incoming contacts regarding questions and complaints

Analyze and resolve problems related to member accounts while assisting team members as needed

Maintain product knowledge and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies

Required Qualifications

Must have or obtain a Property & Casualty License within 45 days of hire

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or a similar field

No formal education requirement
