A company is looking for an Associate Director of Creative, Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Lead creative strategy and direction for full-funnel ad programs across various platforms
Deliver expert concepts and briefs for short-form video advertising
Collaborate with teams to create and iterate on performance-focused ad assets
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in creative strategy for performance ad programs
Proven digital portfolio showcasing performance ad work, including short-form video
Hands-on experience with design tools like Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Familiarity with performance metrics such as CTR and CPA
Experience using AI tools to enhance creative output
