Descripción del trabajoDeliver outstanding nursing care with compassion and quality. Supervise the daily activities of nursing assistants under your charge. Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local standards as dictated by the Director of Nursing. Make certain that all nursing staff under your guidance adhere to the facility's policies and procedures. Active LPN license in your state of residence. Current CPR Certification. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, capable of prioritizing multiple tasks effectively. Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills while maintaining confidentiality.
