Job Description

Manage subcontractors and field personnel. Manage schedules. QA / QC. Meet with clients, architects, and the design team. Ensure projects stay within labor budget. Attend OAC meetings. Travel around metro Indy. Create 3-6 week look ahead.

The Successful Applicant

7+ years of experience. Experience as a lead super on projects from $20- $50M. Ground up and renovation experience. Tech savvy. Scheduling experience (3-6 week look ahead). Understands critical path forward. Bachelor in Construction Management or similar (highly desirable). MEP experience (highly desirable). Experience in occupied spaces.
