Your New Team

The ApartmentIQ Market Research team empowers multifamily operators with real-time market intelligence and competitive benchmarking. We aggregate vast datasets - property listings, rent trends, occupancy signals, and construction activity - into a unified analytics platform that helps owners and asset managers make data-driven pricing and investment decisions.

The Role

We're seeking an experienced Software Engineering Lead to guide the technical vision and execution of our Market Research product. You'll manage a cross-functional team spanning backend and frontend engineers; collaborate closely with Product and Data Science; and ensure the platform scales as our datasets and customers grow.

Expect a balance of hands-on coding (~35%), project delivery (~35%), and mentorship and leadership (~30%). This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of geospatial data, distributed systems, and modern web applications.
