Senior HCM & WFM Consultant

A company is looking for a HCM & Workforce Management (WFM)-Senior Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Lead workstreams in the implementation of HCM and WFM solutions, including Core HR, Payroll, and Talent Management

Assess and document client HR processes and translate business requirements into system configurations

Advise clients on best practices and ensure compliance and efficiency in HCM and WFM

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field (Master's / MBA is a plus) or equivalent experience

5+ years of experience in HCM and / or WFM consulting or systems implementation

Strong expertise with leading platforms such as Oracle HCM Cloud, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors

Deep understanding of HR processes, workforce management operations, and compliance requirements

Proven track record in leading enterprise-level system implementations and client-facing engagements
