A company is looking for a Senior Support Engineer who will provide advanced cloud support and product expertise to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Own and resolve complex customer technical issues through collaboration and troubleshooting best practices
Drive technical collaboration with various teams and enable replication of issues to verify product-related bugs
Create and curate knowledge-base articles and advocate for customers by influencing product direction through feedback
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a software environment
3+ years of experience solving complex technical problems
Strong database skills, including the ability to write and update SQL queries
Familiarity with cloud technologies and web technologies such as DNS, HTTP, APIs, and REST API calls
Bachelor's of Science or equivalent professional experience
