You will engage with members to resolve complex coverage and benefit issues, provide empathetic support, and coordinate across internal and external partners to ensure seamless healthcare experiences. with a strong understanding of our health plans and benefit offerings in order to resolve complex coverage and benefit issues.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Houston, TX.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00 / hr.
