A company is looking for a Head of IP Licensing BD for the China Market.

Key Responsibilities

Develop a network of top Chinese developers and build collaborations for licensing global IP partners

Study partner IPs to match games with brands, negotiate with developers, and drive agreements

Maintain relationships with developers and explore additional collaboration opportunities while monitoring industry trends

Required Qualifications

At least 5 years of sales experience with proven success in the gaming industry

Deep understanding of the Chinese mobile game market and a strong network of developers

Native-level fluency in Chinese with strong spoken and written English

Self-motivated with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment

Experience in brand licensing or IP-related projects is a plus
