Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and driven Estimator / Project Manager to run the project division of our service department. This hybrid role involves estimating and managing retrofit projects, including equipment replacements, system upgrades, and energy efficiency improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial HVAC systems, project coordination, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities

Estimating :

• Develop detailed, accurate estimates and proposals for commercial HVAC retrofit projects, including equipment replacements and system upgrades.
• Conduct site assessments and gather field data to develop project scopes.
• Collaborate with sales, technicians, engineers, and vendors to define scope and select equipment.
• Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotes.
• Prepare professional bid packages, ensuring clarity and competitiveness.
