As a Manufacturing Engineer II on the 2nd Shift you'll provide engineering support and expertise to the Raytheon Redstone Missile Integration Facility (RRMIF).

In this role, your responsibilities include the following :

• Designing, controlling, and improving the producibility of products through collaboration with a multi-disciplined team
• Leading and coordinating continuous improvement projects through process improvements to improve cycle time, reduce ergonomic risk to assemblers, and reduce costs using CORE principles and data driven decision making.
• Participating in corrective action investigations.
• Developing Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs) including assembly instructions, workflow / routing, labor standards, tool, and fixture designs
• Supporting daily manufacturing areas with process troubleshooting, incorporation of engineering changes into the MDP.

This job is posted as 2nd Shift, ONSITE, and is based at Raytheon's Redstone Arsenal, AL facility.

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.
