About The Role

Are you ready to shape the future of cloud computing? At CoreWeave, we're revolutionizing the industry by combining bleeding-edge GPU technology with the fastest, most adaptable infrastructure. We seek Solutions Architects with expertise in Kubernetes, Machine Learning Operations, Distributed Training / Inference, or Networking Engineering.

These domains are vital : Kubernetes and secure, high-performance network connectivity are core to our platform. Our customers build AI / ML and HPC workloads, often on the Slurm workload manager, that are changing the world.

As a Solutions Architect, you will demonstrate thought leadership and engage hands-on throughout our customers' lifecyclefrom establishing Kubernetes environments to developing proofs of concept, onboarding, and workload optimization. You will also collaborate closely with our engineering team, providing insights from the field to influence product development.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary technical point-of-contact for customers, establishing strong relationships and ensuring their success.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Lead proof of concept initiatives to demonstrate solution viability.
• Provide technical leadership during customer meetings, presentations, and workshops.
• Identify opportunities for product enhancement and collaborate with engineers.
• Contribute insights on product features, functionality, and performance.
• Conduct technical reviews and workload assessments for optimization opportunities.
• Stay updated on storage technologies, educating the team and providing feedback.
• Lead R&D efforts for emerging products, delivering prototypes and insights.
• Represent CoreWeave at conferences and industry events, with occasional travel.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range is $175,000$225,000, based on experience and location. Work Environment

While we prioritize hybrid work, remote candidates more than 30 miles from an office may be considered. New hires attend onboarding at a local hub within their first month, with quarterly team gatherings.
