Senior Consulting Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Consulting to join their Professional Services leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

Elevate the Consulting Practice by defining standards and coaching the team to improve client ROI

Manage a team of consultants, focusing on performance metrics and developing a Strategic Knowledge Plan

Oversee onboarding and training for new consultants while ensuring high-quality client deliverables

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in professional services, implementation, or consulting, preferably in a SaaS environment

3+ years of experience managing a team of professional services consultants or similar roles

Experience in developing and managing an SI Partner Program or similar ecosystem

Proven ability to implement consulting methodologies that enhance efficiency and reduce scope creep

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; advanced degree is a plus
