Descripción del trabajoBachelors degree in business analyticsdatascience finance economics information systems or a related field. Demonstrated expertise in BI tools (Power BI or other platforms) SQL advanced Excel anddatamodeling. Strong proficiency in querying cleaning and interpreting largedatasets for executive reporting and strategic recommendations. Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to present findings to senior management and investor audiences. High attention to detaildataintegrity and audit compliance throughout all analysis and reporting processes. Ability to work in fast-paced growth-oriented environments aligned to investor and board priorities. Infor or Syteline ERP experience highly desirable especially for financial and operational reporting integrations.

Summary
A Business Intelligence (BI)Analystleveragesdatato uncover actionable insights that drive business decisions. The role involves collecting analyzing and interpreting complex organizationaldatato support operational improvements financial growth and strategic planning for the company.
Responsibilities
- Collect clean and analyze businessdatafrom multiple sources (sales operations market finance).
- Develop and maintain BI solutions and dashboards using tools like Power BI and SQL.
- Generate standard and custom reports summarizing business financial or economicdatafor executives managers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business leaders IT teams and other stakeholders to gather requirements set performance metrics and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Present comprehensivedatavisualizations and strategic recommendations to leadership supporting process improvement profitability analysis and business growth.
- Track and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) measure performance outcomes and identify opportunities for operational efficiency.
- Ensuredataintegrity reporting quality and adherence to regulatory and audit standards across all analytics.
- Continuously explore newdatasources improve analysis methodologies and contribute to adata-driven culture.
