Property & Casualty Licensed Payments Specialist

A company is looking for a Sr Payments Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee payment operations, including processing complex payments and handling escalated disputes

Act as the primary contact for escalated customer inquiries and resolve complex payment issues

Lead process improvements and develop audit practices to ensure compliance and data integrity

Required Qualifications

B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent

Minimum 3 years' experience in insurance and customer inquiries

Property & Casualty Producer license in home state, with willingness to pursue additional licensing

Knowledge of commercial insurance and compliance requirements

Expertise with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
