Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our Corporate Technology Team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys solving technical challenges, and takes pride in maintaining efficient and secure IT systems. The position focuses on new device setup, configuration, and user support while ensuring seamless technology operations across our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, image, and deploy new computers (Windows 11 Pro and Apple devices) for corporate and field employees.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), and related Microsoft cloud services.
• Manage and maintain Apple Business Manager for device enrollment and oversight.
• Ensure all systems and software are updated, secure, and performing optimally.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets, user accounts, and configurations.
• Provide on-site technical support at the Naperville office and remote assistance to other locations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent technology standards and practices.
