Lead Machine Learning Engineer

A company is looking for a Lead Machine Learning Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage ML infrastructure for data engineering, LLM training, and deployment

Architect cloud-native solutions for training and serving LLMs, focusing on MLOps best practices

Create evaluation frameworks to monitor LLM performance and manage compute costs for large-scale initiatives

Required Qualifications

Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience

Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Go, SQL, and Java

Extensive experience with cloud infrastructure and operationalizing AI models

Strong background in LLM retraining and evaluation techniques

Experience in Agile environments and collaboration across global teams
