Application Manager

A company is looking for an Application Manager to lead the strategy, support, and optimization of Microsoft SaaS applications.

Key Responsibilities

Own the lifecycle of Microsoft SaaS applications, including Dynamics 365 CRM and Dynamics GP

Lead integrations between Dynamics systems and other business platforms while managing data migrations and system upgrades

Ensure applications meet data protection standards and monitor performance through KPIs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience required

5+ years of experience managing Microsoft SaaS applications, including Dynamics 365 CRM and Dynamics GP

Experience with system integration, data migration, and Microsoft customization

Strong SQL skills or familiarity with database query tools

Must comply with U.S. Export Control Laws
