Key Responsibilities :

• Dive into incoming GPO membership cases, apply specific rules, and reconcile membership details with precision.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate resolution of membership inquiries.
• Use Salesforce and Power BI dashboards to manage data, track progress, and deliver insights.
• Juggle multiple priorities with confidence and urgency, ensuring contractual obligations are met.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and engagement campaigns that strengthen GPO relationships.
• Analyze membership trends and share actionable insights with leadership.
• Keep documentation fresh and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

Training & Work Environment : This remote position begins with remote training designed to set you up for success. You'll spend 23 weeks learning systems and working side-by-side with a leader or senior team member. Once training is complete, you'll begin working independentlybut you won't be alone. You'll stay closely connected with your leader for several months as you continue learning the ins and outs of your role in real time.

Compensation : We value your growth and potential. This role offers a starting rate of $26.00 / hour, plus a 5% annual incentive.

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

Our Base Pay Range for this position $22.28 - $37.14
