Compact Licensed Triage Nurse

A company is looking for a Hospice Afterhours Triage Nurse PRN.

Key Responsibilities

Assess physical, environmental, and emotional factors to determine hospice needs

Utilize EHR to develop recommendations based on the patient's plan of care

Collaborate with pharmacies and other agencies for effective patient management

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Current, unencumbered registered nurse license in the assigned state

One year of experience as a registered nurse

Current CPR certification

Knowledge of the needs of terminally ill patients and their caregivers

Comfortable with technology and willing to obtain additional RN licenses in other states
