Job Title : Account Manager
Location : Dallas, Texas
Reports to : Director of Client Services
Job Description for Client Services, but not limited to :
Handle the day to day services for the clients of SDM / SDS. Interact with all departments, including lettershop, warehouse and Data / imaging. Effectively communicate the status on a daily basis in the meetings held.
Responsibilities include :
- Delivery of the client's jobs on budget, on time and with the highest level of service and quality.
- Building relationships with clients and the development of communication channels to ensure smooth workflow.
- Working with Clients, Sales and Data / Production Managers to source, produce, and manage print and direct mail campaigns.
- Being the liaison between internal departments, clients and vendors to ensure quality, on-time delivery
- Gathering job requirements, project quoting and procurement of print for direct mail projects, including lettershop and postage responsibilities.
- Direct mail and commercial print buying - including offset printing (web, sheet-fed, continuous form, and inline finishing); digital printing.
- Writing accurate, clear and concise data, text & lettershop instructions for complex direct mail campaigns.
- Preparing work orders, trim / fold and inserting samples for production
- Validating data, print, imaging, and lettershop accuracy via client approvals and sign off approvals
- Knowledge of postal regulations and the ability to work with USPS personnel for Mail Piece Design approval.
- Managing all facets of job production, delivery and invoicing.
- The ability to excel within fast paced, high energy environments.
- Consistently exceed client expectations and provide superior customer service. Other duties as assigned.
