Bilingual Care Ambassador

A company is looking for a Bilingual Care Ambassador.

Key Responsibilities

Contact Medicare patients to explain program benefits and encourage enrollment

Document all patient interactions accurately and track recurring questions or issues

Work independently while meeting performance metrics during scheduled hours

Required Qualifications

Fluent in both English and Spanish

Available for a minimum of 20-25 hours per week on weekdays between 9am-6pm ET

Experience in outbound sales, Medicare, or patient outreach roles is highly desired

Self-directed with good technology skills and the ability to learn new software

Strong closing skills and a patient-first mindset
