Are you passionate about beauty and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment? We’re looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in a dynamic dual-role position in the beauty industry.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, takes pride in delivering excellent service, and is ready to step into a leadership role. You’ll play a key part in daily store operations, team support, and creating a welcoming shopping experience.

What You’ll Do

Customer Service & Sales

  • Greet and assist customers with product selection and purchases
  • Offer knowledgeable advice on beauty products and current trends
  • Resolve customer issues with professionalism and care

Store Operations

  • Assist with inventory, restocking, and merchandising
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store
  • Support opening and closing procedures

    • Team Support & Leadership

  • Provide guidance and support to store associates
  • Help train new team members and foster a positive team environment
  • Step in as acting lead when the Store Manager is unavailable

    • Flexibility & Mobility

  • Travel occasionally to nearby store locations to assist with operations
  • Be available for overtime during busy periods or special events

    • What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of retail experience (beauty retail preferred)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • A team player with leadership potential
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and overtime
  • A genuine passion for beauty products and industry trends
