A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead complex technical programs for U.S. federal government software initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Build and oversee multi-workstream roadmaps, managing risks and dependencies
Ensure compliance with federal security and regulatory frameworks while driving measurable outcomes
Translate complex requirements into actionable deliverables and optimize processes for effective program delivery
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager for enterprise software products
Bachelor's degree required
Proficient in Agile program management methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
Experience with project management tools like MS Project, Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps
Must be a U.S. Citizen for this role due to DoD project access
