Job Summary We are looking for talented and reliable individuals that want to build their careers with us in the hardscape manufacturing industry. As a Manufacturing Associate, your daily responsibilities will focus on assisting our production teams with exceeding our customers' expectations for our Belgard hardscapes products throughout Arizona and New Mexico!

Responsibilities

Daily clean-up of production areas

Quality control of finished hardscape products

Manual handling of hardscapes and other production-related items

Hourly logging of quality checks

Forklift operation

TRAINING PROVIDED

Operating heavy-duty pneumatic tools, along with other production-related hand tools

Wearing a variety of provided safety PPE

Shift Times

6 : 00am to 6 : 00pm and 6 : 00pm to 6 : 00am

5 to 6 days per week, depending on demand

Compensation

$16 to $20 / hour, depending on experience

Uncapped Overtime and Shift Differential (Night Shift)

Up to $3000 referral bonus

Requirements

Safety Minded

Be able to safely lift and / or move up to 50lbs from ground level

Be able to safely stand and be mobile for the duration of scheduled shift

Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent

Team Player and willingness to learn

Reliable transportation and attendance

Pass our pre-employment drug screening / background screening
