Credit Resolution Representative

A company is looking for a Credit Resolution Representative - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Perform refund and credit analyses, audit, and reimbursement functions for various payors

Conduct quarterly reviews for Medicare and Medicaid and manage desk inventory

Communicate issues to management and handle correspondence from payers and patients

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred

1 - 3 years' experience in a hospital business environment preferred

Entry level understanding of hospital billing form requirements (UB04 and HCFA 1500)

Entry level knowledge of ICD-10, HCPCS / CPT coding, and medical terminology

Understanding of Managed Care contracts and government payor regulations preferred
