We are looking for a skilled HR Consultant to join our team, reporting to the Sr. Manager, HR Consulting Services. In this role, you will provide expert HR and Payroll consultation and guidance to our external BambooHR customers. You will be a key player in envisioning and building the BHR Consulting Services, helping clients optimize their HR processes and achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Customer Support and Engagement :

Serve as a dedicated HR and payroll consultant for external customers, offering tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.

Act as a change champion, facilitating positive change with teammates, customers, and stakeholders.

Actively participate in the BambooHR Consulting Services division, contributing to its success and evolution.

Work with customers to develop strategies to ensure and maintain compliance.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including notes, data, and feedback.

Tie efforts to impact and value, clearly articulating the benefits and outcomes of services provided.
