Under the supervision of the Field Director, assist in the development, implementation, and administration of programs to maintain the mechanical, electrical, HVAC / refrigeration, BMS, plumbing, medical gas, physical plant, grounds and equipment at specified NYP sites. Through effective and efficient utilization of personnel and material, manage, coordinate and oversee all staff and activities, including construction and capital projects at specified locations. Establish work priorities, coordinate job schedules, and oversee activities to ensure successful work completion. Conduct regular on-site inspections to ensure implementation and maintenance of prescribed work standards, coordinate inter-shop activities to ensure smooth and efficient job completion. Play a key role in our Facilities Operations team.

Preferred Criteria :

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Architecture
• Trade specific licenses as per trade

Please note that all roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP. NYP will not reimburse for travel expenses.
