Clinical Trial Associate

A company is looking for a Clinical Trial Associate in Clinical Operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage documents in the internal and / or external eTMF and prepare for audits and inspections

Coordinate logistics for meetings, prepare agendas, and capture minutes

Lead biospecimen inventory, track start-up activities, and assist with site contracts and budget tracking

Required Qualifications :

B.A. / B.S. in life sciences or equivalent

Minimum of 2 years of clinical research experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry

Working knowledge of FDA / ICH guidelines and Good Clinical Practices

Experience with CTMS, EDC, TMS, and related software preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
