Senior Payroll Specialist

A company is looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist, responsible for payroll operations and mentoring within the team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage accurate and timely payroll entries, including various pay adjustments and deductions

Act as a subject matter expert for payroll-related inquiries and issues

Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance

Required Qualifications

3+ years of functional payroll experience

Experience working as a contractor placed at the company or its subsidiaries

Ability to mentor and train Payroll Operations Specialists

Experience with payroll systems and processes

Knowledge of relevant payroll regulations and compliance standards
